Nola believes there is no trade off between privacy and ethics, and the richness of data. We've designed an anonymous-by-design system that does not store unique identifiers, ensuring that visitors and companies are protected against attackers and malicious use of data.

Our Story

Founded in Melbourne, Australia in 2019, Nola is a video analytics software that was initially designed to address one key issue: queues and wait times at events. After years of research and client trials, we identified a greater need for an affordable, plug-and-play solution that was capable of measuring both customer experience, and its impact on profit.  As a team of computer vision specialists and marketers, we combined our know-how to build an accessible, and affordable solution that would enable retail, hospitality, and music festivals to gain powerful insights that would assist them to do their job more effectively.
